A Bit o Jack and a lot of Spicer

When I heard about the movie Mirror Mirror
I EXPECTED a movie sympathetic with the Queen, and an effort to make a humorous tale in which the queen wasn’t all THAT bad. and maybe even, a force of good.
and wouldn’t it be a twist? if in fact, that were true. and snow white, a minor character?
Instead, I got queen still predictably evil, snow white- still annoying, and the rest- what a bore. ooooooh of course there was plenty...

[]me in the future: reads slash fanfics to my children as bedtime story.
[bl perspective] contemplating bystander: that is truly disturbing but at the same time, oddly alluring. Of course though, I'd first give my children a choice before brainwashing them to be slashers as any good parent would. Sometimes i worry however, that fan fiction is in fact an addiction. Because really I go nutso without it, i need my daily dose.
